South Dakota State University
Founded in 1881, South Dakota State University has grown to become the state’s largest institution. Located in the city of Brookings, South Dakota, the SDSU Jackrabbits have 21 different athletic teams. They are a Division I school that competes in the Summit League with football being played in the Missouri Valley Conference.
